We're Hiring - Assistant Manager (CRP Cutting Planner)
Location: Sialkot
Requirements:
. 4-6 years experience in garment cutting planning (woven unit preferred)
. Diploma /Bachelor's in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
. Knowledge of ERP / Excel / production reporting.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and manage fabric cutting plans aligned with sewing production plans.
. Ensure fabric availability,Verify fabric shade, lot, shrinkage, and quality status before cutting.
. Attend weekly materials follow-up meetings, provide actionable updates on fabrics reediness.
. Ensure timely order closing by monitoring fabric availability against planned consumption.
. Work with QA/QC team to reduce cutting defects & Ensure Compliance with buyer quality Standard.
. Coordinate with procurement &production teams to confirm timely fabric receipt and allocations.
