As a Regional Training Manager
The Regional Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing regional training initiatives to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales force. This role aligns training
strategies with business objectives and sales priorities to drive capability development and field effectiveness.
Location: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Lahore
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Pharm / Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) or BS Nutrition & Dietetics from a recognized university.
Experience: Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a training, coaching or a leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes.
. High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
. Strategic thinking with ability to align training to business outcomes.
. Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute regional training plans aligned with sales strategy.
. Conduct product, disease-area, selling skills, and compliance training programs
. Coach and mentor Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives to improve field effectiveness.
. Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics.
. Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams for product launch training.
· Willingness to travel within assigned region.
