Hiring Now - Teaching Assistant - Contractual

Role Overview:
Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) is hiring Teaching Assistants on a contractual basis to support high-impact academic delivery, classroom engagement, and student learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate programmes. Both full-time and part-time engagement options may be considered based on institutional requirements.

Scope:
. Support faculty in classroom management, academic coordination, and student engagement
. Assist in grading, assessments, and academic document
. Manage LMS platforms, course uploads, assignments, and student records
. Conduct tutorials, revision sessions, and learning support activities
. Provide operational and academic support to students throughout the semester

Job Specifications:
. Strong academic background with the ability to support undergraduate and graduate-level coursework
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong organizational, interpersonal and coordination abilities

Qualifications:
. Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Finance, Management Sciences, or related disciplines
. Candidates pursuing or holding professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or ACA will have an advantage
. Proficiency in Python and/or Java is highly desirable for relevant courses
. Prior academic support, tutoring, or teaching assistance experience will be considered a plus
