Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager - CandyLand to drive sales growth, strengthen market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives in Sahiwal.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience; sector-specific FMCG sales experience is preferred
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and consultative sales capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bl, and PowerPoint
- Sound understanding of sales execution, team leadership, relationship building, market analysis, and business development territory.
- Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
- Lead, coach, and monitor TSMs, Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
- Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives to maximize market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Improve market share, numeric and weighted distribution, and overall sales productivity.
- Ensure healthy stock levels, timely order fulfillment, effective receivables management, and compliance with company sales policies.
