We're Hiring - Sr. Manager Costing & Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Costing & Accounts Manager to lead and manage our cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting functions. This role is crucial in driving cost efficiency, margin improvement, and strategic decision making. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, strong analytical acumen, and leadership capability within a dynamic FMCG environment

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage product costing, standard & activity-based costing in SAP S/4HANA.
. Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances; recommend corrective actions.
. Monitor production cost drivers: wastage, scrap, and yield.
. Support new product costings, BOM validations, and pricing decisions.
. Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with cross-functional teams.
. Track budget vs. actuals; deliver variance analysis and actionable insights.
. Conduct pre-ROI and post-ROI analysis of capital (CAPEX) projects.
. Deliver monthly MIS, cost center, SKU-wise, and segment-level profitability reports.
. Provide data-driven financial insights to support business decisions.
. Ensure effective use of SAP FICO module for cost control and reporting.
. Collaborate with IT for process improvements and master data governance.
. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal controls.
. Support internal/external audits with timely documentation and reconciliations.
. Drive continuous improvement and SAP proficiency across the team.
. Mentor and develop the Accounts Department team.
. Any assignment given by the management.

Education & Experience Required:
· Education: CA/CIMA/ CMA / MBA (Finance)
. Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG, with 5+ years in a cost accounting leadership role
. Technical: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FICO module)
